(Fond du Lac, WI) – With a little more than three weeks left before the November 4 General Election, Republican congressional candidate State Senator Glenn Grothman says he is looking forward to the two remaining debates with his two opponents.
Including the debate held in September in Fond du Lac, there will be three forums in total – more than the surrounding congressional races and Wisconsin’s statewide races. Details for the remaining forums are as follows:
6th District Candidate Forum, October 23, 8:00-9:00 a.m.
EAA Museum in Oshkosh (Broadcast live on AM1490-WOSH)
Sponsored by Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce and WOSH News Radio
6th District Candidate Forum, October 30, 7:00-8:00 p.m.
Plymouth High School in Plymouth
Sponsored by Lakeland College
“As voters carefully consider the differences between all of the candidates for the 6th District, I am confident the remaining two public forums will give them even more reason to elect me to represent them in Congress,” Grothman said, “In addition to the many public debates and events I’ve attended so far in this campaign, it has been a tremendous experience traveling the district and meeting the good people I hope to serve in Washington.”
Since announcing his campaign for Congress, Sen. Glenn Grothman has participated in 11 public forums, 32 parades, and dozens of community events across all 11 counties of Wisconsin’s 6th District, including 65 public events since winning the August 12 Primary Election.
Grothman is a Republican candidate for Wisconsin’s 6th Congressional District. He currently represents the 20th Senate District in the Wisconsin State Senate. The 6th Congressional District includes the counties of Ozaukee, Sheboygan, Fond du Lac, Winnebago, Dodge, Green Lake, Manitowoc, Marquette, Columbia, Waushara, and Milwaukee.
